How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Client data will generally be retained for six years from the end of the business relationship, in line with HMRC and financial record-keeping requirements. After this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.
If you have made an enquiry but have not become a client, your data will be retained for up to 12 months from the last contact unless you request earlier deletion.
