How do I get in contact with you?

Is this ongoing support or a one-off service?
Unless agreed there is no repeated administration work. We designed this service open opportunities to give smaller businesses access to expert administration capabilities without the cost of hiring. If you are happy with the service why wouldn’t you.
What types of tasks can you help with?
Tasks include clearing admin backlogs, organising information, updating records or trackers, managing follow-ups, preparing documents, and completing overdue tasks that keep getting pushed back.
Work is always scoped in advance, so you know exactly what’s being handled and what the outcome will be.
Is the work carried out remotely or in-house?
We know that administration can sometimes need a tailored touch and others remote access. We can do either remotely or in-house, it is dependent on the confidentiality, complexity and requirements of the task.
Can you work with my existing systems?
Yes, we can work with your current system. This may require you to do a demonstration and then we will get the task sorted.

What payment methods do you accept?
All work is invoiced in advance. Invoices can be paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer, with secure payment handled via Stripe. Your preferred payment method can be selected when you receive the invoice.
How long does it take?
Delivery depends on the scope of the task; clearing an email inbox could take a working day, while processing a CRM transfer could take longer, up to a month. We aim to get this done as soon as possible and will arrange the specifics with you in a free consultation.
What if the task is bigger than expected?
If the task is bigger, it can be for multiple reasons, the backlog could have complicated or sensitive items to deal with that could take extra time or while fulfilling the task more items are found.
We prepare for this in many ways:
Firstly, allocating extra time as a contingency to ensure the task is completed no cost to you.
Secondly, we are actively communicating with you throughout the whole process, outlining progress and realistic predictions for when it should and would be done by.
Thirdly, we may go to rescope the task, which can be more transparent on skill, size and deliverables.
What if the admin requires a licence to process?
We understand that some administration requires licences, memberships or accreditations. If we do not have the requirements, we will contact someone who does to get in touch with you and ensure the request gets fulfilled. Such as accountants, solicitors, insurance brokers and trade licenses.
How is confidentiality handled?
Confidentiality is taken seriously and handled in line with UK GDPR principles and public-sector standards. Information is only accessed where needed, used for agreed purposes, and kept secure at all times. Care is taken to minimise what’s accessed and how long it’s held. Every engagement includes the option of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), so confidentiality expectations are clear before any work starts.
